Bugs, export problems, licensing questions, press: it all comes to the same inbox. You will get a real answer from a person, usually within a couple of days.
What helps a bug report
- Browser and OS, for example Chrome 131 on Windows 11.
- What you were doing when it went wrong, in one or two lines.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual.
- For export problems, the format (PNG, SVG, clipboard, video) and the resolution you were exporting at.
- For font problems, whether it is a built-in font or a file you uploaded, and the format (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2).
Rights and takedowns
If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, say which item it is and why, and include a way to reach you. We will look at it and respond.
Who runs this
INKBLEED LAB is made by Mohammed Mohamdy Eisa, a designer and engineer based in Alexandria, Egypt. Other work and day-to-day updates live at mohamdy.psd.
The tool
The lab itself is at https://lab.inkbleed.online. It runs in the browser, needs no account, and keeps your work on your own device.
Why there is no contact form
A form means a third-party service processing your message and tracking the page it sits on. Email does the same job with nothing extra loaded, which is also why this site carries no analytics.
