INKBLEED LAB
Terms of Use
These are the rules for using INKBLEED LAB. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What INKBLEED LAB is
A free, browser-based tool for generating stylised text with ink-bleed effects, with PNG, SVG, clipboard and video export. It runs on your device. There is no account and no paid tier.
Your work is yours
You keep all rights to the text you type and to everything you export. We claim no ownership of your output and no licence to use it. Exports can be used commercially, including in client work, with no attribution and no fee.
You are responsible for the rights in whatever you load into the lab. Do not use fonts you are not licensed to use. If you drop in a font file, you confirm you have the right to use it for the artwork you are making.
The tool stays ours
The site itself, meaning the design, code, presets, shaders and texture sets, belongs to INKBLEED. These terms give you permission to use it. Copying it, reselling it or presenting it as your own product falls outside that permission.
Acceptable use
Use the lab for whatever you like, within these limits:
- Do not use it to break the law or to produce content that is unlawful where you are.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or systematically reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not scrape or automate it in a way that degrades it for everyone else.
We may block access where that happens.
Availability
The tool is provided as-is and free of charge, with no uptime guarantee. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be suspended or shut down. We are not liable for work you did not export or save.
Third-party components
The video exporter runs ffmpeg.wasm, loaded from the public unpkg CDN and governed by its own open-source licence. Cloudflare serves the site. Their terms apply to their part of the service.
No warranty, limited liability
The tool is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, income or profit arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Alexandria have jurisdiction, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to a different forum.
